What we collect
When you create an account we store your email, organization details, and the proposals, hubs, and client data you enter. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Voice and AI
Voice recordings and transcripts you upload are processed to generate proposal drafts. We use third-party AI and transcription providers to deliver this feature. Do not upload confidential information you are not authorized to share.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) on marketing pages to understand traffic and improve the product. You can use browser extensions to opt out of analytics cookies.
Your choices
You may request export or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Client-facing proposal links are controlled by you — unpublish or delete content when a deal ends.
