The service
ProposalKit provides software for creating proposals, client hubs, signatures, and related billing workflows. Features vary by plan. We may update the product over time.
Your content
You own the proposals, copy, and client data you upload. You grant us permission to host and process that content solely to operate the service — including AI features you explicitly use.
Billing
Subscription fees are billed through Stripe according to your selected plan. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case for billing errors.
Acceptable use
Do not use ProposalKit for unlawful content, spam, or attempts to compromise the platform. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.
